He began his legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk and Research Attorney for Judge Susan W. Scann in Nevada’s Business Court. There, he supported complex business and civil litigation ranging from product liability and consumer law to class actions and shareholder disputes.

Sam later founded Heidari Law Group, focusing on high-stakes litigation personal injury, insurance disputes, employment law, and more. He is known for guiding clients through every stage of litigation with a comprehensive, client-first approach. Over 11+ years of legal experience, Sam has managed cases involving car accidents, wrongful death, product liability, employment discrimination, and catastrophic injuries.

He maintains active membership in key legal associations, including the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), American Bar Association, and several state/local bar groups, attesting to his commitment to excellence and professional engagement
